Rest of the Season - vafalconfan - 09-29-2010 10:53 AM ok so of the games we have left this is how i see it going down San fran = w Cleveland = w Phili = w Its gonna be very close but i think we pull it out in a last second field goal Cinc=w They are not having the year they had hoped for with Chad and T.O. Tampa bay= w Coming off the bye should be an easy game that being said it will still be close. division games always are Baltimore = L this game scares me, I think we get alittle too cocky and overlook this game. ST Louis = w they just got lucky last weekend Green Bay = w but there defense scares me Tampa bay= w We go there and get it done in their house. Matty Ice will have a field day cause they will be out of the playoff hunt with nothing to play for. Carolina = w They suck period Seattle = L They play tough at home and we will be looking towards the following game on monday with them Caints Caints = W They come to the dome on monday night and get lit up just like they did to us when the re-opened the super dome on a monday night. Carolina = W Like i said before they suck So thats puts 13-3 and division winners. What do you guys think? RE: Rest of the Season - b3nz - 09-29-2010 10:55 AM i could see it happening, but i think its just a little too optimistic. would love to see it happen though =) RE: Rest of the Season - phocis850 - 09-29-2010 11:02 AM 12-4 or 11-5 is where I see us. If the Panthers start clicking, we are looking at 10-6 RE: Rest of the Season - vafalconfan - 09-29-2010 11:05 AM (09-29-2010 11:02 AM)phocis850 Wrote: 12-4 or 11-5 is where I see us. I dont think the panthers start clikcing Jimmy will be a great quarter back but that line has problems. I dont care who you put back there they have have time to throw the ball. A couple of comments on your notes: 49ers - A truly dangerous team with a point to prove and a chip on their shoulder. We must be prepared well and go into this game expecting the unexpected and ready to change our game plan quickly if necessary. Eagles - The one factor that could lose this game for us is emotions. Matty's family and his loss in '08 there, coupled with sitting on the sidelines last year watching the team be humiliated. Everyone who played last year having their own fans cheer against them. There are a lot of factors which could cause emotional slip ups. Mike Smith and company have to keep the team grounded, focused and professional throughout this game if we are to win it. Cinci - the one thing about this game is that we get them after their Bye week. A talented team not living up to their potential with an extra week to resolve issues and game plan makes this one of the most dangerous teams we'll play this year. Baltimore - No way we get cocky. This coaching staff is as level headed as they get - and they'll keep this team grounded. Baltimore is coming into our house. The key to winning this game is being physical the entire game. This is the toughest defense we play except Pittsburgh - and they have a talented QB with a lot of weapons and a big arm - but we can win this by being as physical as they are and playing smarter. Seattle - very tough place to play - but so is Lambeau and Meadowlands. We played tough in all 3 games - won 2 and should have won the other one, but didn't. This game is winnable. All of our games are winnable. All of our games are also loseable. As long as this team stays focused and prepares each week and goes out and plays hard for the full game and we are blessed with a fairly healthy team - we have a chance in every game we play. AMEN!!!!!!! RE: Rest of the Season - Radical - 09-29-2010 12:51 PM I don't think this team overlooks any games or lets emotion dictate the game. This isn't the Jimmy Mora Jr. years.
