Grimes hasn't played for over 1 1/2 years. He doesn't deserve a big deal at all. Maybe 3 years at 6mill plus bonuses.

I can understand that, adding another former Falcon last year in the form of Lofton helped their defense so much...
Seriously, though, I think Brees would be pushing this, he's tired of Grimes making stupidly athletic INTs off of him.

Lofton was the lone bright spot in that defense. I was very impressed.

I guess he turned over a new leaf with his new team. Every phase of his game looked great. Perhaps that weight he dropped in the off-season gave him gave him an extra step.
