Okay, here is the complete interview with Sean Payton from the Mike & Mike show and nowhere does he mention interviewing Rob Ryan "again". He only mentions the interview planned for later this week. It is 12:12 minutes long. Listen to the whole thing. You, sir, are wrong. You probably heard someone else in the media assuming Ryan had already been interviewed and saying "again" referring to the Friday interview.

He's apparently done more interviews than just Mike and Mike.
I heard him say it. Our radio cast did too as they spoke about it in detail saying that Ryan is going for his second interview.

Oh, just as I thought. It was your radio media that said it. And did they say they heard it on Mike & Mike? As far as I know Payton's ONLY interview yesterday was on Mike & Mike and other the ESPN shows played clips from it all day long.
You thought you heard it and that was reinforced by the suggestion that it was a fact by your radio media.

This rumor began last week and it's just that, a rumor. Right now he's being interviewed Friday (I think that's what was said) and that's the only interview he will have had. He hasn't already been interviewed, and it's not planned to hire him.

Thank you, Chris. That's exactly what I said. Ryan's first and only interview will be on Friday. The only mention of Ryan interviewing "again" that I have been able to find was in The Inquisitor and it had no support that there was ever a first interview. The author most likely believed the rumors and assumed that Ryan had to have been previously interviewed for them to be true.
