I saw on CBS Cowher and Marino both thought we would win....Boomer and Shannon are riding Kaepernick's jock.....but Cowher pointed out Kaepernick's last road game was against Seattle and they got whooped.....
At least some early respect....I think Cowher is the one I respect in his opinion...Marino likes Ryan and wants to see him get a ring....at least that was the impression I got....
We will see next Sunday.....

2 steps from the crown. That earns respect, no matter who you are.
Personally, I want to win next week so we can go to the Superbowl... but an added bonus would be to watch the media try to find ways not to talk about us for 2 weeks when we are 1/2 of the teams left playing!

So did Dilfer....nothing but positives about Ryan. All three were exicited and happy for the Falcons.

I got the impression also, I think why Cowher likes us, because were a lot like the Steelers, as in running game. And we really went back to that today. But I got the same impression, I could give a rats ass what Sharpe and Boomer thinks, considering Boomer doesn't have a ring himself.
Also read Pete Priscos column, I know hes a homer, but he likes us and basically said, the 49ers better watch out.

I didn't include Dilfer in there because he has been on Ryan and the Falcons bandwagon all season.

The way he broke down his performance kind of showed why they hired him. Most of the time he sounds like a jackass.

Dilfer talks in a condescending way but he's usually right about what he says. We hated it when he said the Falcons would lose to the Packers and Giants but it turns out he was right. This time he said the Falcons would win and we did.
