Just looked again and the line has moved in San Fran's favor. They are now seen as 4.5 to 5 point favorites in Vegas.
Interestingly, ESPN's accuscore actually has the game as a toss up. In it's predictions, the average score has been San Fran 25.8, Atlanta 25.7.

Yeah. Just saw that the Niners are now 5 point favorites. No biggie. Betting lines don't win football games.

All that means is lots of people were betting SF so they raised the line to get some takers on the other side.
