I think that threw off Mularkey during our last trips to the playoffs. He didn't game plan well enough. I say Smitty do not let them talk to other teams until after the playoffs end. Hard to have a good game plan when you go into the game with the mindset that you can't draw up a game plan good enough to beat the other team. RE: Coaches/GM Firings and Hirings Thread - harveybirdman - 12-31-2012 03:10 PM Koetter already has three interviews. It's going to be a challenge to keep him. If we do lose him the guy I want to replace him is Norv Turner. He's a terrible HC but a great OC. Yep, Eagles, Browns and Chiefs, reportedly. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000120429/article/dirk-koetter-reportedly-eyeing-eagles-browns-chiefs Listening to radio here in Illinois his name is coming up quite a bit for the Bears job as well, but that's just talking heads. Honestly, I don't think we keep Koetter through this offseason which sucks considering how our O has only had a single season with him. RE: Coaches/GM Firings and Hirings Thread - RFlagg - 12-31-2012 03:51 PM Add Wisenhunt and Graves to the list out of Arizona. I don't like him thinking about another job when his job here isn't finished. If we lose it will be because of this. RE: Coaches/GM Firings and Hirings Thread - NZFalcon - 12-31-2012 04:09 PM He shouldnt be going to interviews until our season is finished but tbh I didnt know he was this highly sought after :/ Matt Ryan playing good and giving his coordinators HC jobs and shit RE: Coaches/GM Firings and Hirings Thread - Xanthri - 12-31-2012 04:10 PM I don't understand...I thought they were technically suppose to wait....I get nervous letting our OC go interview when his focus should be with us..... that said we know our gameplan.....I really hope we don't relive past mistakes and give a bunch of time off..... RE: Coaches/GM Firings and Hirings Thread - ATLBound - 12-31-2012 04:49 PM Honestly at this point we don't have a gameplan because we don't know who our opponent is. This week is probably practicing on fundamentals and basic schemes. |
