The team is frauds and he will be happy to close up shop and skip the playoffs. He also said that the NFL has decided to give the trophy to the Patriots just because. Well that settles that lol
RE: Atlanta Falcons Superbowl Fraud - AsylumGuido - 12-12-2012 07:57 PM I am, of course, in the camp of "show me something". Honestly, I am expecting one and out again and not because you are the Falcons, but because of how y'all have played against lessor teams. I think the game this weekend against the Giants will really define your team this season. Re: Atlanta Falcons Superbowl Fraud - juraitwaluzka - 12-12-2012 08:06 PM It just depends on the matchup. As the likely number one seed we could potentially draw the 6 seed. Whoever it is tough it won't be easy. I went to NC State so I followed his career. He does nothing but win where ever he is at. As you well know even a 7-9 team can be a tough out. That said the Falcons are capable of beating anyone, it will be decided on the field and in the meeting rooms, not in the minds of the media and fans. RE: Atlanta Falcons Superbowl Fraud - Dale4Saul2Red0 - 12-12-2012 10:11 PM Guido went to State, disgusting since that's my squad. How have you not noticed my avatar Guido? If you post on PackPride then we've probably crossed paths. I've been telling you guys for weeks Seattle is the only team from the NFC that gives me a cause for concern. No one else honestly does. RE: Atlanta Falcons Superbowl Fraud - NCFalconfan - 12-12-2012 10:36 PM NC State class of '96 here too. Dale, I'm "Superfanologist" over on PackPride.

You probably hate me if you know who I am LOL. I made a bad username choice when we hired Lowe. Now it's just a running joke. RE: Atlanta Falcons Superbowl Fraud - Drathdon - 12-13-2012 01:21 AM UNC grad here. That's TWO strikes, Guido! Just Kidding! Duke-Fan would be 2 strikes. State is only good enough for 1/2 a strike.
RE: Atlanta Falcons Superbowl Fraud - FullMetalFalcon23 - 12-13-2012 04:21 AM People talk about how we play worse against lesser opponents. But what is our record against the better teams this year, or the teams in the playoff hunt. This team plays like the underdog against the likes of ny Dallas even New Orleans and this year even Denver. There is a lot more fire. I reckon we'll see that against the Giants and in the playoffs. There is a lot we haven't seen since the beginning of the season and its not because its been cottoned on to because it'll be in the game plan one week and gone the next. I can't say that it's verified. But there was an article discussing some of our 3rd down woes on offense and some other issues. Interestingly the article went on to say that a source was under the impression that the team is muddying its tendencies and hiding its best adjustments and plays for when they are really needed and that the offense we see now is a lot more basic than the offense that got us 9 and 1 I am of the same agreement and not because its a comforting excuse for recent woes. I've been saying this since we hit around 6 and 0 that the offense looked like it was changing and that in an interview on the official site DeCoud said the early start has allowed them to hold back on their schemes and plays and focus more on elevating their play within the Defenses most fundamental elements. It is still a Nolan Defens, but tell me you've not noticed that on the bigger occassions. Against those more dangerous offenses the defense hasn't played a different game as compared to against more middle of the road opposition. Why throw your best stuff out there to dominate a team and in the process give an equal or better foe a resource for beating you? There is saying in cricket that you don't do anything but bowl straight when you are cleaning up the bottom order of batsmen. As for the offense. The rhythm has been messed with ever since New Orleans beat us. Even though offensively we were hot that day in the passing game. The run game let us down when we needed it. Since then we've been willing to run and make a point if it and it has helped us. But we need to attack in a more cut throat fashion. Let Matt get into his rhythm first then let the ground game get going off some delays and drawers or play action runs. We've been too willing to push the old form of offense when we know if we get down we put it on Matt to get us back not the ground game. If he and the receivers are humming then the ground game has more room to flourish. |
