Weird, he was in my store the other day getting some photos of himself printed out for an autograph session, but I didn't know it until he was already gone.

I tend to think the new coordinators are what brought the attitude. The guys actually trust the 2 calling the plays.

The D is free roaming and the O is unleashed.
The players are finally happy.
