For those that play the game, they are releasing the rankings of individual players by position. So far, they have released QBs and RBs, along with overall team ratings. As a team, the Falcons are rated an 81, matching the 49ers and Bears for the 6th highest overall and the highest in the NFC South.
As for our players, Ryan is the 11th overall rated QB with a rating of 89. Technically, he tied with Vick, Newton and Schaub for overall rating. At RB, Turner is the 10th rated runner with a 91 overall rating, tying Greg Jones, Jamaal Charles, and Darren McFadden for that spot.
Just wondering if there are any gamers on here that have seen these ratings and what their thoughts are. It seems EA has dropped all the teams ratings significantly this season.

The QB ratings are absolute bullshit. Ryan has 71 deep accuracy while the rookie Andrew Luck has an 81. He's yet to prove anything in the league and he's rated higher than pro bowl QBs.
If you can't tell I would like bad things to happen to Donny Moore.

I haven't payed much attention to the ratings this year. There's no fantasy draft or player editing this year so it's not a big concern for me. They're going to do a roster update before week 1 anyway.

Ryan hasn't connected much deep in his career. Mostly a blame on the play calling.

I've bought every Madden since 05. This will be the first year I skip. I bought last year's, and barely even touched it.

This year will be the mistake to skip it. It's a completely different game this year.

I haven't played Madden since probably 2007. It would be really new for me.
The only game I have is MW3. I need another game for sure. Maybe last year's would be cheap by now.

Same here. I'm skipping it because they've pretty much killed off-line franchise mode. It doesn't exist anymore. It's all about that damn connected-careers.

Then I'll be staying with '12, which is fine. As it is it takes me months to do a season anyway and I like to do 10 seasons with a franchise anyway.
The whole single player career thing doesn't appeal to me at all. Right up there with the tedium of in season recruiting in the NCAA series.
