Please, show us these "scary reports".

You sound like one of those assclowns who was calling in to 790 yesterday asking the fans that go to the games to all turn around and face away from the field and that everyone should stop buying NFL sponsored products and stop watching the NFLN and write a letter to Goodell complaining about the refs.

Not... gunna... happen. None of it.

As usual you are a bombastic acerbic individual. I made up nothing, and never said this was going to happen. I said I hoped it didn't. I also agree it probably not going to happen, but knowing the Falcons luck if anything like this was going to happen it would happen when they were playing so well.

Also, I'm not "new" I just don't post much. I've been here since close to day 1 of this community. "Link" to scary reports" per your request. Of course you could just do a search in google, but you would rather "call out" the "new guy".

Again, nowhere in my original post did I advocate players to strike or any other action from players or fans. Unsure why you feel the need to be so confrontational. It's really kind of pathetic.

well team favoritism will be back in full force so pats/aints will get wins because of it.

it's imminent the shitty reg refs will come back soon

RE: Anyone nervous about the ref lockout? - ATLUGA87 - 09-26-2012 11:53 PM

It's official, agreement reached

RE: Anyone nervous about the ref lockout? - Jimusmc - 09-26-2012 11:55 PM

Yep.. back to us getting screwed in 'aints games. sigh..

RE: Anyone nervous about the ref lockout? - ATLUGA87 - 09-26-2012 11:57 PM

Wonder if the original refs will be out there for tomorrow night?

Ok, I just wanted to take this opportunity to retract every stupid thing I said about the ref situation back in the preseason.

Obviously I had no idea what I was talking about.......even moreso than normal.

LMAO! What in the heck were you thinking when you said that Peyton? This is the cheap league for crying out loud. The league that will do anything to save a penny and to make a penny off the customer.

You need to re-read what you wrote. You did act all Chicken Little about something you should know is asinine as asinine gets. You flat out said "I don't think this is going to end well, and might very well screw up ATL's long longed for push to the championship.", which clearly suggests you actually believed this nonsense.

And yes, I'm an asshole... sometimes. Get over it.

So your response to my post, which you clearly didn't think had a chance in hell/agree with, was to accuse me of making stuff up and calling me the "new guy"? (Despite the fact I've been here longer than you by twoish days).

I'd have more respect for you if you had said "quit being a chicken little sky is falling asinine alarmist instead of tossing accusations about me making stuff up. Calling me an Ass-hat (indirectly) was kind out of order too. All this because I made a post in a string titled "anyone else nervous about the ref situation".

Asshole isn't the descriptive phrase I would use: Discourteous, mean spirited jack wagon fits better.

Also, I'm sorry you felt the phrase "bombastic acerbic individual" rated a condescending "big word" video attachment. It's 8th grade vocabulary man, read some books sometimes.

Life is to short to partake in discussion with your ilk. You seem to have an almost pathological need to get the last word in too. Knock yourself out champ, I am finished with this conversation... tootles.

First of all, stop being so sensitive.

Second, the date you joined doesn't mean shit. Do you really think joining 2 days prior to me 2 years ago the week this forum was created gives you credibility?

You have a total of 28 posts in 2 years, 5 of which are from this week and a handful of others were in an "other than football" subforum.

Nobody knows who the fuck you are. I certainly didn't click on your name to check your join date. You're an unfamiliar person tossing out chicken little nonsense that nobody with a brain should have come close to believing was possible. So yes, you sounded like some "new guy" who showed up off of AFMB crying about stupid shit like that site always does.

We're smarter than that here. We're not AFMB. We make fun of people who come here from AFMB trying to bring that BS over to this place. And being that I didn't recognize your name because you're virtually non-existent over here, I took you for one of them. And I don't regret it one bit. I reached my quota for upsetting somebody on the interwebs who thinks we should all give a shit and be serious.

Chill out, enjoy the positives and don't dwell on the what-ifs, be more active here, and don't bring that AFMB chicken little BS anymore. We already have one Falcon Jedi sky is falling world is ending drama-monger.
