We're going to be in the big nickel at least half the time, maybe more, so this really isn't THAT huge of a deal. Spoon, Nicholas, Grimes, Robinson, and Samuel in the 2nd layer the majority of the time sounds great to me.

Spoon is in his perfect position. Moving him would be like using a fork for eating cereal.

This makes the decision to not even try to keep Lofton even worse. I am a big Bulldog fan and Dent is too small to play MIKE in the NFL as a starter. I hope I'm wrong but I think we'll be drafting a MLB or ILB in the first round next year.

I'm not a Bulldog fan or really high on Dent, but he's about the same size as Lofton.

Lofton - 6'0, 240
Dent - 6'1, 240

Yeah, to hell with an LT or TE, we need a backup ILB stat!

Lofton: 6'0 240
Patrick Willis: 6'0 240
Jon Beason: 6'0 237
Jerod Mayo: 6'1 245

Dent: 6'1 242

Definitely too small. Or wait....

Dent doesn't play to his size. I want the kid to do well but I'm afraid we've got a huge hole in the middle of the defense now.

Dent has proven to be tackling machine. He lead UGA in tackles his final season and was 4th overall in tackles in the SEC. Nolan plays the big nickel on passing downs so Dent will be in pass coverage almost never.

You have absolutely no basis for your claim. You certainly can't use his stats at UGA as a negative because they are stellar. It's like you're just trying to make up something to worry about just to get attention.

It's Peterson's job to lose.

I hate it for Lofa, but it will be nice to see D-Block again.
