It's not the winds that are going to be the problem. It is the storm surge and the snail slow movement of the storm. Freshwater flooding is going to be drastic. Ironically, inside New Orleans proper may be the safest area given the pumping stations. Flooding is likely to be disastrous as far as 100 miles inland and a serious problem 200 miles away.

Dave, as a lawyer you know that using wikipedia as a source is far, far less dependable that even NBC Sports.

Wink

incorrect according to that article his suspension starts with the first game of this season. I would have thought it wouldn't start until he actually had a chance to play, but I also got from that article that he might just be done, so it's moot.

as for saints fans being killed...nah, as much as I loved the Gulf when I lived in the panhandle, and would hate to see it polluted, I'd just love to see that whole cesspool wiped off the face of the earth, as with 7 years ago, the ones who are too stupid to leave before it hits, deserve what they get

So, as long as the people that you dislike are gone you have no problem whatsoever that everything they own and their livelihood is totally destroyed? I apologize. You are a true humanitarian. Let's get this party pumping!

Dodgy

Occasionally. But many times those sources are as dodgy as the original posting. You know that as well as me. But, maybe not. Ask Dave.

how many times have I asked that you ignore anything I say and not respond, quote or address me in any way....and yet you do....

so back on track for the thread, does anyone else think hargroves suspension had anything to do with him getting cut?

Perhaps if you would avoid making insensitive, derogatory, or/and inflammatory proclamations or/and statements it might be a bit easier to avoid responding.

Now, on to your legitimate question ...

No, Hargrove was cut for the very same reason the Saints let him go. He isn't worth a roster spot on an NFL club any longer.
