It has since come to light that Mike Cerullo was that other person and the one that came up with the supposed ledger that has since been questioned for it's accuracy and authenticity. Cerullo also recanted on what he claimed this past April about Vilma and Vitt has denied that he ever verified that a bounty system was in place. After Vitt's denial Goodell said he still has two credible witnesses, if you can call Cerullo credible and Williams has been ordered to keep his mouth shut. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Brees is seeking $20.5 million per year and is using his six years with the Saints to justify his position. That is close.... they'll meet at 20 and the deal will get done by the deadline. RE: Saints Bounty Thread - phocis850 - 07-11-2012 09:47 PM I don't think its the money. I think the issue is the length of time. 6 years is a lot for his age. And tying that much money on a position is dangerous, just look at Peyton, it proves that an injury at that price can be devistating. RE: Saints Bounty Thread - juraitwaluzka - 07-11-2012 11:03 PM Perhaps Brees is just jealous that he won't be able to bump and grind with Payton out on the dance floor until next spring. RE: Saints Bounty Thread - Shelley#37 - 07-13-2012 01:21 PM heard they are 10 Mill apart on guaranteed money Saints Bounty Thread - AsylumGuido - 07-13-2012 02:14 PM (07-11-2012 06:47 PM)hitwriter Wrote: That is close.... they'll meet at 20 and the deal will get done by the deadline.
