I know some don't like the site, but I'm a fan. Just echoing the sentiments of others that this pick was HUGE.

55. Peter Konz, C/G, Wisconsin: A+ Grade
Medical issues affect draft statuses, but they are usually overblown. Peter Konz fell because of the medical. If he happened to be healthy, he would have been drafted in the final stages of the first round. The Falcons are getting incredible value here. Konz also fills a huge need; he can play at guard until center Todd McClure retires.

You know Pat Hill's mouth was watering when the Falcons went on the clock and Konz was still on the board. This was an amazing 2nd round value. Great selection, Falcons!

You just reminded me that we hired Pat Hill, that makes this pick even better! Best center in the draft who if it wasn't for minor ankle issues, would be on par with the Pouncey twins of the last two drafts. Everybody complained about us trading our first for Julio, but in the end they got a 28 year old QB out of it, and we got a first round talent. Celebrating tonight!
