Oh wait, that's not me, that's you......

I had no doubt Payton was going to get slammed because he was in charge while Williams attempted to do his deal.

But, you dodged the question. What do you think the players should get and will get?

Well?

Oh, and by no means am I proud of that. They made a huge mistake bringing in Williams and keeping him there. The guy is disturbed. He was trying to pull this same crap in Washington and Gibbs had no clue it was going on either. In any case, players watch out for players. Just because some lunatic tries to take your average pay for plays defensive locker room game to another level doesn't mean that every or even a few would buy into it and actually do it.

When you are dealing with unions there is ALWAYS wiggle room. Especially when you have the only antitrust exemption in country and the government has threatened to end it more than once.

When N. Suh stomped the player's head no charges were filed so Goodell's punishment stood.

You have still yet to reply on what you feel the punishment should and will be.

Well?

Sorry, Luke. That doesn't work. What was it you were attempting to post?

It was a .gif I was trying to link. I just cannot wait for day 2 of the draft so that we will actually have some interesting Falcons-related news. The off season truly sucks.

Hmmmmm.......

(04-05-2012 03:23 PM)AsylumGuido Wrote:  The fact is that this gives the basis for a reduction of the suspensions of Payton and Loomis and greatly lowers the potential blow to the players.

Doesn't matter, though. The point is you're spewing a lot of false hope these days. Perhaps taking a step back might be good for you? Most people here used to respect you. That seems to be eroding, and it's not difficult to see why. You're either in complete denial or you're trolling. Either way, you're coming off poorly. The fact is I have no idea what Goodell is going to do with the players and neither do you. It could be really bad, it could be nothing. But I bet it will be PRETTY bad and I'd be surprised if any player got the nuclear treatment Gregg Williams did.

But I'm just guessing. If you'd admit that you have no idea what Goodell is going to do and announce you're going to wait for him to act before saying anything further, that would probably be the best you could do. Making predictions just has the potential of making you look like a fool. Again.
