My wife and I have seen them twice, the last time on the front row of their extended stage. Steven Tyler even squirted me with his water bottle between songs. Very cool. Sure it was a water bottle?
RE: Saints World Crumbling - Dale4Saul2Red0 - 03-08-2012 09:39 PM Interesting little blurb from SPORTSbyBROOKS http://www.sportsbybrooks.com/williams-audio-kill-the-head-the-body-will-die-29985 RE: Saints World Crumbling - cooperbh - 03-09-2012 03:54 AM (03-08-2012 09:39 PM)Dale4Saul2Red0 Wrote: Interesting little blurb from SPORTSbyBROOKS Sickening. I'm so proud that the head coach and GM of the team I root for doesn't tolerate that sort of illegal behavior. Not even a horse is that well endowed.

RE: Saints World Crumbling - TeamPlayer1 - 03-09-2012 09:42 PM Actually, the longer Goodell takes the worse the punishment will be. He has to look like he is giving the situation a long deliberation. However I think he has made up his mind already. RE: Saints World Crumbling - cooperbh - 03-10-2012 01:49 PM No matter what Goodell's decision, the Saint's Super Bowl run and this scandal will be forever joined at the hip - much like Barry Bonds and steroids. The accomplishment can't be taken away, of course, but like Bonds' HR record, it is tainted. To the Saints fans here defending the legitimacy of your team, get used to your new reality. Justified or not, people will now bring up this scandal anytime you bring up your Super Bowl ring. And there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. RE: Saints World Crumbling - motorcityfalcon - 03-10-2012 02:47 PM Just like no one could prove that Shoeless Joe Jackson took money but he will never be in the baseball HOF. The saint's superbowl win and bountygate will always be thought of together. And I will guarantee you that it will come before the Falcons win one. In fact, I have a good feeling about this year. Things are not crumbling anywhere near as much as you might wish. RE: Saints World Crumbling - Drathdon - 03-13-2012 01:58 AM When the penalties come down, the media circus will really begin. We can tell you from experience how that drains on a team. Don't underestimate the divisions this will cause. The locker room will not be the same, and everyone is going to look around wondering who will leak everything said inside it just to get in with ESPN for a gig after retirement. There will not be the joking and laughter of before... this year the locker room will not be a fun place. As such, don't expect people to stay late or come early. And with Drew getting the runaround on his contract, don't look for him to somehow rise above what will clearly be a quagmire lain at his feet. I think you are wrong my friend. |
