So basically every team with CB needs might have interest in a free agent CB. That's some top notch reporting by that guy. lol

I bet it comes down to us and the 49ers. The Cowboys maybe, but my gut feeling is no. The Lions wont have the money. The Rams, Raiders, Bucs, and Jags are not contenders, so my guess is he probably wont go to any of them unless it's a giant contract.

What type of contract did the 9ers give Carlos Rogers?

Carlos Rogers signed for 1 year / $2.13 million with the 49ers last year.

Wonder if they'll let him walk with a Finnegan signing

Dude is going to get a good short term (3 or 4 year deal) this time around... 7-8 mil a year

Yep, Rogers earned a good contract this year. Too bad we weren't able to take a shot on him.

Could bring a real spark to the D. Between him + Spoon, we could have some much needed electricity on that side of the ball. We would also have some serious headhunters in our secondary with Dunta, C4 + Finnegan. Don't see it happening personally, but the move certainly wouldn't make us worse.

If we could land Finnegan then Grimes can walk. He is an upgrade who could play press coverage with Robinson. A definite plus.
