According to Brian Billick it's pronounced "cutter". I just watched a video on YouTube called Billick 101 - option routes. I'd post it but I'm using an iPod and I watched the video via xbox live so I can't share it.

Not lying or a virgin extremely picky yes. I'm not saying I haven't come close, but I have been able to pull the lever and bail out if the cock pit before crash landing.
