Dirk never did have a lot of talent to work with in his four years as the OC at Jax. I'm not defending him because I don't know how he calls plays, gameplans, etc. Just saying that he never had a lot of talent to work with.
How was the guy in college? What's his style? Fill me in on the guy

It's hard to get excited about the guy who had the very worst offense in the league, regardless of the talent he had at his disposal.
