Smitty: Matty is a fantastic QB, No he doesn't have some skills others have, but he's Cerebral and after 4 years he's been mature and growing and attacking offenses he's made good decisions and accurate. He'd rather take the Incomplete instead of forcing and grew into his pocket presences.

I've really liked what I've heard in the press conference. These guys are as genuinely disappointed as the fans are, and they want to do something about it.

Q: Number of fA's we'd want to bring back? A: TD; tough decision on $$ and Skill standpoint for keeping/releasing players. Whatever is best for the Org. 17 FAs, realistically we'd want 8 coming back.
