So far Blanks opening statements where
1. Thanks for helping build the Org BVG/MM.
2. TD and Smith will do whats necessary to move forward>
3. Knows the Falcons underachieved.
4. We want RINGS, wins/loss/preseason games don't give a crap. Superbowl Wins and thats it.

Blank: shortened off-season, clearly trying to move from a different O-philosophy, and the scheme change was more difficult. In a normal situation you'd see more translation easier then this past off-season. JJ Trade moved the org, not just short term, He's long term. Value of loss picks < Orgs competitive edge.
TD: Quest for explosiveness, was part of the building to take to another Level, but it's important for the Org to make fundamental plays *Catch, tackle, consistency*. Explosiveness wasn't gonna take us to the ultimate goal.
