The fuck are you talking about? When did I ever backtrack and when was I ever NOT talking about just playoff games, because I was.
I apologize if I didn't convey that more clearly, but I consider "big moments" to be playoff moments. Neat little comeback win against Chicago and shit like that, but that means nothing when you fall out in the first round.
I don't play the little regular season stat game, that's not what kind of fan I am. Win in the playoffs, or you're nothing to me but a loser and a big game pant shitter.

You know what I hope, I really hope that this weekend they put Rodgers or Brees out there by themselves without any other teammates, because to date no QB has either won or lost a game all on his own, but those guys are good enough to do it, right?

Brees, with that all-world offensive line, his RB corps getting 100+ yard rushing almost every game, a QBs best friend in Darren Sproles, a young Tony Gonzalez caliber TE, or a pretty dynamic WR corps...
No, how about Rodgers. Rodgers, with that stellar offensive line and host of Pro Bowl caliber WRs so good that their back-up QB can break franchise records coming off the bench.

This is why Atlanta's teams suck so bad, because we applaud mediocrity and come up with meaningless stats like "Back to back winning seasons rawr!" and "Most winningest QB in his first four regular seasons rawr!" and "4,000 yard passer rawr!" and make it seem like we're accomplishing something when all we're doing is riding a stationary bike. It's not going anywhere, it just looks like it is.
I think we should petition the NFL to create a regular season champion trophy and we can call it the Schottenheimer Trophy and it can be awarded to the Falcons at the end of every season in which we have a winning record. We'll put it right up there next to the Back2Back2Back2Back Trophy, the Back2Back Playoff Blowout Loser But It's Okay Cuz You Made It Trophy, and that California Championship Trophy Glanville had made in the 90's when we beat 3 teams that played in the state of California.

Having a Super Bowl ring and having a winning record in 19 playoff games isn't impressive? Having a Super Bowl ring and a winning record in 14 playoff games isn't impressive?
That is in no way comparable to Matt Ryan's 0-3 record and looking like complete dog shit while doing it.
