I know everyone wants MM gone but unless he gets a job as a HC (highly unlikely after today) Mike Smith has shown consistently to give people wayyyyyyyy to many chances. Baker Owens and others over these last 4 years. Im praying MM is gone but I got a feeling Coach Smith will let us down

we need a new OC SOoooo darn bad....I am not saying it is a cure all...MM has done a DECENT job....but he is TOO easy to figure out.....and it is time for him to MOVE ON!
Too bad Josh McDaniels is returning to NE I think he would have been good.....what about Mike Martz......anyone? at least we know we would move the ball!

Owens actually wasnt that bad this year...
The real disappointment will be Turner starting for us next year.

I don't give a flying fuck what Smitty wants. Mularkey is gone, or I have lost faith in Blank as an owner. Smitty's seat should be warmer for his horrific clock management and personnel decisions on 4th down.
Sorry. 1 minute left and you let the clock run out with 2 TOs. That's moronic, and that is all Mike Smith. He's lucky to have Mularkey as a sacrificial lamb. And if they try to save face and let him slide so it doesn't hurt his chances of getting a Head Coaching gig, then I've lost all respect for Mike Smith.

No other way to say it. That made absolutely no sense on any level.

Yeah, they'd have to renew his contract and if they renew the contract of an OC whose team didn't score a point in a playoff game, think season tickets sales would bottom out.
