you missed when he almost went to blows with D-Hall? just because he has the decency and etiquette to not trash his coordinators or players in public doesn't mean it doesn't happen behind doors.

I show up to voice my opinion on what i see. Have you ever seen one of Smiths pre game or post game locker room speeches. they are horrible, the guy can barley complete a fucking sentence.

The negatron thing is a knock on all the negs that happen over at tatf, not an indication of me, although i am very fiery on game day.

Have you been drinking!? You appear to have a problen. Mike Smith has the best 3 year record for any Falcons head coach.

Smitty is one of the best leaders I have ever seen. The man is as solid as stone, through and through. On top of that, he has a ton of integrity and character, which causes him to treat people decently. A person with just one of those attributes is a strong leader, but it is rare to find someone with both.
Humility does not interfere with leadership ability. It strengthens the leader's credibility, because you know they are being real.
