Agree with some other posters. The Petrino era sucked for the Falcons, but he's long gone and enjoying himself with Mallet at Arkansas. We deal with the Saints twice a year, and are always dogfights. Add to that the "who dat" BS, among other stuff, and we have a winner.

The Pigtrino fiasco was a blessing in retrospect because we would not have Smitty & TD running the show for which I'm SURE all of us are happy about.

The Saints are our rival, and they get the hatred that goes along with it.
Bobby Petrino is just a bad person, and that earns him a special kind of hate I save for very few people.

Ok, I never meant that in any serious way what so ever. I have no problem with it being taken down. But I would have hoped the fact that I used a cat to describe that emotion would show I wasn't at all serious. I don't care enough about Petrino to really feel any way about him. Before opening this thread I said to myself that the decision couldn't be that tough. I loathe and detest the Saints, yet I also despise Quitrino. I was willing to go a month without sex to see the Saints lose to San Fran. I doubt I would have been willing to go without sex to see Quitrino lose a game. So, I hate the Saints more.

Tough choice, but I have to say Petrino. Dislike both, but man that guy is terrible...and a coward.
I don't think the Saints would piss me off as much (granted I dislike them regardless) if the media wasn't all over them all the time. Honestly, here in Iraq, they showed the Falcons/Cardinals game 0 times and the Saints/49ers game 3 times. Ridiculous, but not their fault I guess.
