First if they really cared about he Falcon fans on the OMB it would have been ready before TC if not the season opener!

Second.. regarding the skinny ad deal that was a marketing blunder! There is no way however they can fix that if advertisers have paid in advance under contract for views... not until each of their respective deals expire.
I thought about stiring the pot over there... Start a thread listing the advertisers on the skinny ads and have everyone sign it swearing to boycott the advertisers till the ads are removed.
I am however content here and consider this my first destination now for Falcon fan fellowship.

i've been over there, but haven't posted anything over there since the second or third day we were here. the longer this board runs, the more great posts/threads there are here to read. I'm basically just going over there to look for news on something if i don't see it here.

Please, let's just quit the bickering back and forth. Superfan, Gritz you guys are right. We look like a pack of whining kids. We know what we don't like there. We know what needs to be fixed there. And clearly we know how they truly feel about the message board. Hal said it himself that "IT'S JUST ANOTHER MESSAGE BOARD". To us who have registered here, the Falcons are a part of our lives. AFT has no need to act like this anymore. The points have been made, and some things have been changed over there for the better. I personally couldn't give a damn if they were giving away money for people to post. I'm not going over there anymore.

After this first week, I believe that the OFMB just lost their most quality members. I have been nothing but impressed at the quality of the posts here, and the indepth discussions.
Just look at what we have here.

The combination of the shrunken boards, Rev being a douche and this site doing well has really tapped the OFMB, the threads suck and it does not move nearly as fast as it did as far as the number of new posts.

You know, I don't have any bad feelings toward anybody over there and I am still postint there, but I do think that the moderators over ther might have grown a little bit tired of the job.
