eh...when Vick says shit like he wants to beat the Falcons, and he starts to delve into all the fuckery he was doing here, added to the fact that winter/spring where he was flipping the bird to fans and running through airports with homemade bongs...it's easier to not understand how someone COULDN'T be bitter. there are fans in Cleveland who will probably try to harm LBJ if they saw him, and he didn't even go to the extent Vick did to us. I don't know, that's how some fans are raised. you grow up as your team damn near being your best friend...I'm sorry I'd have animosity towards anybody who would damn near destroy my team, because that's essentially what Vick did. I just want a W against dude, what's wrong with that.

What do you expect Vick to say? Really? "Well I did them dirty so I'm going to give them a pass, because beating them would be kind of disrespectful so I'll just go ahead and let them win."
Anyone who claims Vick was flipping off Atlanta fans is just holding a grudge and looking for a reason to bitch. Roddy White and Freddy Mac will both verify that he was flipping off a Taint fan that was hurling racial slurs at Roddy White. The people who repeat this lie have a blatant agenda or blindly follow people who do. Kind of like a lynch mob mentality.

Honestly the whole Vick is or isn't blah blah blah, stop talkin about it. If you wanna vent be my guest, but it's ridiculous to say this or that is a trials of tribulations or what not.
All I've seen when watching us play the Eagles is that Andy Reid is a good coach, albeit that there were times were our own players fudged on plays (remember the punt) and screwed our chances at a comeback, but this gives us more of a reason to play harder this time.
They've upgraded, but so have we. We've got players like Dunta who's now a full year into the system and should be a lot better. Even Grimes is playing to get a ring and a nice contract, so i fully expect greatness from the secondary. Shoot even the D-line is probably hungry now that we've got a legitimate DE opposite of the Predator.
Am I wanting Vick to get physically hurt while playing us? Not really, but if it happens it sucks because we're not getting the best out of the Eagles. It really can only help us down the road when or if we play them in the Playoffs.
Lets stop with the bickering of who's had a hard life, we all have stories. Lets just be happy we've got a team that's considered playoff contenders/superbowl bound when other places like Detroit or Cleveland aren't even in the mix.

He had another QB named Kevin Kolb. He put Vick in with the sole purpose of letting him get revenge on us, as if we did anything to that scumbag. He purposely rubbed salt on our wound, after he already had the game easily in the bag.

Getting revenge? Or getting some playing time on his old field? You should be mad at Smitty and the players for doing such a horrible job that day against a third string qb who just spent 2 years in prison, not Vick. Andy Reid DOES NOT give that much of a shit about the Falcons as much as you may think there is this huge rivalry there isn't. He wasn't rubbing salt in the wounds. His intentions were to get Vick some playing time on his old field in garbage time, it's not his fault the coaching staff and players left their competence in the locker room that day.
But then again, I'd probably say the same things as you if I lacked confidence in my teams ability.

I'm not going to go to the extremes here but the first paragraph is right. Reid put Vick in to humiliate the Falcons and the fans in our own house. I as a fan will never forgive Vick for what he did to our franchise and the fact he has forever shattered this team into racial lines because of people still idiotically defend and cheer for that loser.

I've heard both accounts and at this point I'm not sure who's right or wrong, I just know when being booed off the field by ATL, he flipped the bird towards the stands.
I don't expect him to mention wanting to beat Atlanta at all, if I remember the interview he wasn't baited into saying that. he chose to bring ATL up, and go on to say he wants to beat us. the fuck type of shit is that? like we did something to him? if I'm wrong then I'll admit I'm wrong
and I said the last statement because the thread was started, with intentions of being, "beat this fucking guy" type thread, and then this discussion came up...I figured people had to be the jealous female who let so and so get away(however you worded that) to want a victory against the guy.

lol...I don't hate on Vick. he was an awful human being for 27 years or so, and supposedly turned a new leaf...I don't like what he represented for a majority of his life. but as a player, I don't doubt his skills. how am I hating? because I don't agree with you?
