I hope the offense can come up with a better excuse than Peterson could because according to his logic, our offense should be beating the bricks off the defense. the only major change weve made is adding julio jones and losing dahl. the offense has been more constant than the defense, not sure what he was getting at.

Hopefully adding Rogers is a major change. If him or Johnson does well, this should take some of the load off Turner. I like the sound of underneath or screen passes, since we've seen very little of this the last few years.

Aug. 10, 2011 9:46 a.m. - by Knox Bardeen - KR Weems showing improved receiving skills
WR Eric Weems showed he's more than just a Pro Bowl kick returner. Weems got past Christopher Owens and made a fantastic grab in the end zone. Weems is tracking at No. 5 on the depth chart and should see time in the offense. Falcons RapidReports

RE: Training Camp Rapid Reports - illmusic - 08-10-2011 02:08 PM

hasn't Weems always been the No. 5 receiver

Harry Douglas and Weems Taking advantage of playing against Owens i see... Both of their great catches were against him.

I think weems could make a push for the 4 receiver. Not a huge role but i think wed all like to see him get the ball a little more.
