RE: A little about yourself. - TomBradyMVP12 - 09-17-2010 10:22 PM My name is Brandon, I'm 18 years old, and live in Iron Mountain, Michigan. I've been a Falcon fan since I was about 8 years old, I first started liking them after my cousin started to watch them, Honestly I wanted to do everything like my cousin. So, I thank him for me liking this team. I am working at getting my first job to save money for college, I was thinking going to a community college for 2 years then transferring somewhere else. I plan on majoring in nutrition and fitness with hopes of becoming a successful dietitian. Go Falcons! RE: A little about yourself. - USAF HART - 09-17-2010 10:50 PM do a two year CC and then transfer down to UGA

That would be insane...Going from a town with 8,000 people to a city with over 9 million. Georgia would eat me alive in all honesty. RE: A little about yourself. - USAF HART - 09-17-2010 11:07 PM Nah you can do it lol. It's easier to go somewhere bigger than it is to go somewhere smaller. I mean it's personal preference but I found what I said for me to be true. I started high school at a high school that had over 5,000 kids. My graduation class there was about 1,100 kids. Middle of my sophomore year, I went to a high school that was 6th grade thru 12th grade and we only had 500 students. My graduation class was 36 kids. either way, good luck on your journey with college. Live it up, or you will regret it. RE: A little about yourself. - TomBradyMVP12 - 09-17-2010 11:10 PM Thanks man. I appreciate it. RE: A little about yourself. - pencilpusher - 09-17-2010 11:59 PM My name is Rob, and I like to party. RE: A little about yourself. - falcon057 - 09-18-2010 07:14 AM Hey guys my name is Chris. I'm 53 and grew up here. Been a falcon Fan a very long time. I just moved back to Atlanta (had season tickets before the move) and looking forward to getting to a game this year. I don't type well so forgive me for not always replying Quickly. I'm an early riser and always read the news then. If I find something that I like, I generally post it for you guys to enjoy or ignore (its all good) . I don't try to keep the thread around unless you guys show some interest. Hopefully the posts are welcomed news. Been following the OMB for many years, but as many others, hated the attacks that came with any posts. Its nice to have a place to find Falcon news and other fans. Glad to see you've been able to overcome such great obstacles. ![]() I'm 34. I live in Indiana and have almost all of my life. I've been a Falcon fan since the late 80s. Married, two girls, and another on the way. Apparently I'm not capable of producing boys.

I don't regret it at all -- when we had our first I thought I wanted a boy and now I can't imagine not having girls. I imagine that most people around you are, I'll bet you catch hell. UGA is in Athens, GA which has a population of about 100,000. It would still be larger than Iron Mtn. The heat would probably get you though, I am sure that it never warms up where you are. |
