I'm looking for just 5 people to say yes and we I'll remove the ability to give someone a negative rating.

yes, i agree with just being able to give pos ratings. disagreements can be posted, within the rules of course....

I say keep the negs and let me ban the neg wars when they happen
second offense(since this entire ordeal should be fair warning as the first offense) will be a week long ban. 3rd offense will be a month and 4th will be permanent

please get rid of the negs. It is where most of the controversy arises and usually only leads to pissing contests (I've been in a few myself unfortunately). I think positive reps are a great way to show respect or props for a post. With the moderators we have, neg reps seem a little unnecessary.

the reason i liked about the neg reps is that, it shows how certain poster is viewed across the board. So eventhough i come to read some of their dumb founded posts, i can recognize if that post is worth my time replying to, or i can just go "oh well he's just another dumbass" from them. Certain times it saves alot of posting war... well at least for me
