So, you lost in the Wildcard round two years ago, then missed the playoffs. Then you lose in the Divisional round, so next season you'll miss the playoffs. Then you can lose in the NFCCG and...well, I guess you see the pattern. Eventually you will lose another Super Bowl. Not sure where the pattern takes you after that.

Very tough for you guys season to end this way. I turned the game off at halftime :/. I really am not sure which situation is worse, I'd have to say the NFC South took a huge hit to their self esteem this year in the playoffs. I really didn't expect this game to end this way.
All in all, it really was a great season for you guys.
Here's a terrible phrase I learned as a young boy cheering for the saints... "There's always next year."
(btw as you can see by my reputation, I am not here to troll... just merely appreciating the season and I actually am somewhat sad that the NFC South went out this year in such a poor fashion. Saints included.)

Great season guys. We have a lot of areas we can improve, but let's do something no other team has done: Win the NFC South in back-to-back seasons.

It was a good season, no doubt. I am already sick and tired of reading all of the idiotic threads about cutting players or this and that. Some of you people need to realize this: Each and every season there are going to be 31 teams that go through utter disappointment. There can only be one Superbowl winner. If we had made it there and lost, we would have the same people saying the ship is sinking. I still bleed red and black and always will, no matter how bad I am hurting.

If any real fanbase is equiped to deal with a loss like this it is ours. I will sink into my depression for a few more hours then move on with my life. Draft will be here, they will get the lockout will get resolved and we will get back to the grind next year.....
