Is Franks active then? I suspect he's next in line so probably so, but I haven't seen who they replaced Williams with.

Yes, but he's probably the dime back, behind Owens who takes over at nickel. PROBABLY.
Do we ever run Dime defense? I can't recall ever seeing it.
