When Christmas gets canceled, that usually mean there's no presents.
But when you have a guy like Favre out there, you know he's going to step up and deliver the presents.
I think if we'd been getting me the ball earlier, we'd have Christmas by now... Like I said earlier, if we'd done this since my rookie year, we'd have presents by now.

I'm sorry. I'm extremely sorry. We were hoping for a Christmas this year. That was my goal. Something we've never done here.

Thanks for real. Uncharacteristically, I have no Ho-Ho-Ho'ing happening this year, so am bored out of my skull, too. The snow was nice while it lasted. But I'd just as soon it warm up now.

it's not snowing there now david? wow, it's been non stop here since mid morning, we have a 'favre' of snow here between 2 - 3 inches

It had stopped, but then started again. Didn't look like it was sticking abt an hr or 2 ago. Really, I just wish it would warm up. Furnace is broke, so I'm kinda holed up in one room trying to stay warm.
Edit: Ok, so I went and checked, and you're right. It's coming down hard, now! And thermometer says 32, so I expect we're going to get some accumulation. Not really sticking to the streets here yet, but the yards and rooftops are covered. Now I'm worried about the pipes in the basement.
Just set a couple sinks to drippin' a little, so hopefully it'll be alright. My poor landlord..... he came to try to fix the furnace the other day, and the service man had to break the bad news to him that it will need to be replaced. Shot. 17 yrs old equipment, so I suppose it may have been due, but we owe him $, and the timing just stinks. I am thankful he is a great man, though, and hasn't put my butt on the street.
