I would say both. It's pre-planned to say the least...lol Also I still think you would watch because even if it was given by God, you still wouldn't know. However, a number of incidents on and off the field is making me concerned about his focus and attitude. More importantly, I'm disappointed that Smith and TD did not put an end to this early on and let the thing propagate to other players. Compared to most SuperStar WR's i think Roddy is in check.. I dont think "God" was involved. But let me say this. I am sure the NFL was more than happy the Saints won and maybe they did what they could to make sure it would happen. That's how I interpreted what Roddy said. I'm not sure that this attitude doesn't come from the big man himself. Remember the State of the Franchise speech when Smith could barely contain himself? "To hell with the --" The hatred these two teams have for each other is real. If anything, I think it makes them more focused, not less. Prepare for another 12 rounder. RE: I am disappointed in Roddy and Smith over twitter-gate - swanlee - 12-23-2010 02:20 PM Not a big deal to me, roddy has more than backed up his words this year by putting in one of the best seasons a Falcons WR has ever had. Time to cut him some slack and let him do a little talking, it's twitter so it only takes a min or so of his time to do this. This is not a big deal. RE: I am disappointed in Roddy and Smith over twitter-gate - harveybirdman - 12-23-2010 02:37 PM He apologized, although i feel like he shouldn't have to... But Peyton is right the God thing was a bit much.... RE: I am disappointed in Roddy and Smith over twitter-gate - The Falcon Jedi - 12-23-2010 02:44 PM As long as we Win it wont matter. If we lose, we wont hear the end of it... I don't understand people who think that. Hurricane Katrina hit 5 years ago. If the league was going to gift them a Super Bowl to help the city, they sure were slow to get around to it. |
