Metrodome Roof collapsed - Paulitik - 12-12-2010 10:10 AM Link It's really coming down in Minnie. The football gods must really want Favre to play. They might have to cancel the game Monday. In which the low will be -10 I hate pulling for the Vikings, but we sure could use a NYG loss to clinch the playoff berth. I'm not sure if this gives the Vikes an advantage or not. RE: Metrodome Roof collapsed - FireDawg85 - 12-12-2010 10:27 AM I don't think anyone will have an advantage in 10 below zero. In which the low will be -10 Yep. The Dome is definitely out for at least a few days. I didn't hear the mention of UM on the blurb I caught. This is a crazy idea. But why couldn't they fly both teams to another city w/a functioning (or warmer) field, and do the game there? Revenue? Update: they are considering another Dome. Possibly Ford Field I think? Yeah. They said IF its a dome, it will more than likely either be Detroit or Indy RE: Metrodome Roof collapsed - papachaz - 12-12-2010 11:23 AM can anyone say LA Vikings next year? This is a big reason they've wanted out of there, they can't get a new stadium deal done. maybe gives them a little more leverage now RE: Metrodome Roof collapsed - phocis850 - 12-12-2010 12:15 PM (12-12-2010 11:14 AM)kibitzer Wrote: Yep. RE: Metrodome Roof collapsed - JOEinPHX - 12-12-2010 12:22 PM So much for the Charlotte weather being nasty.
