I spoke to a Bucs fan today who mentioned the weather for the game this weekend - Jen - 12-02-2010 02:44 AM He said he expected the Falcons to have some trouble with the cold weather in Tampa this weekend. I was a bit flabbergasted so didn't say anything to him and just smiled. When I got home I checked the weather for Sunday in Tampa and it said 75 degrees and mostly sunny. Now I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but this was not the first mention I heard of concerning the temperature being a factor this weekend. I think those Floridians are insane. 75 degrees is cold? Lol... RE: I spoke to a Bucs fan today who mentioned the weather for the game this weekend - Anomaly - 12-02-2010 03:06 AM I went down to Miami a few years ago for the Orange Bowl and it was a record cold temperatures there. It was in the mid 50s, you should have heard the people bitching and moaning about how "cold" it was. I had come from Va where it was close to freezing there, I was ecstatic at the 50 degree weather. lol RE: I spoke to a Bucs fan today who mentioned the weather for the game this weekend - TonyGraziani - 12-02-2010 03:16 AM Playing devil's advocate, the wind on Panama City's beaches did make it feel like it was in the low 80's when I went there last summer

RE: I spoke to a Bucs fan today who mentioned the weather for the game this weekend - RFlagg - 12-02-2010 01:09 PM Bad news everyone, the high is down to only 74! We're surely screwed now! BTW, does anyone else remember that the Bucs historically suck in actual cold weather games? As in something like 1 win. RE: I spoke to a Bucs fan today who mentioned the weather for the game this weekend - juraitwaluzka - 12-02-2010 03:52 PM lol I was in Tampa for the ACC championship game last year, it got down into the 50s and I saw more than one person literally walking around with a Parka on. One day it's 50, the next day it's 5. |
