Im going away for a while - The Falcon Jedi - 10-15-2010 01:59 AM
I know this isnt technically "football related" but in a way it is since I love football and post a lot of cool articles about the Falcons and the NFL in general.
I just got banned from CNN.com. They wont let me post comments on their articles any more.
There is something Im doing wrong in my online life, and I need to take time off for myself to reflect and evaluate a lot of things about myself. Obviously, I am pissing the whole world off with my thoughts and rhetoric that I post online and I need to stop whatever it is that Im doing and make some serious personal life changes.
Im really not this character I appear to be in real life - I just turn into something weird when I get online, and I need to figure out why I do that. And put a stop to it.
I'll leave this at that, and hopefully no-one here has any hard feelings against me. I never meant to upset anyone.

I think you bring a lot to the table here as a fan Jedi... I can't speak to whatever happened at CNN
You just need to keep being honest in your posts and not get carried away with the "Hollywood" versions.
You can't expect folks not to joke at your expense when you exaggerate a story like the Philly one.
The Falcons are on a great ride this season... enjoy it!

You bring a lot of passion, but at the same time that is your undoing. Honestly sometimes before you post read what you wrote and ask yourself, is it worth it? You will be better off bro!

Don't make posts like this. Don't treat it like a big deal, because it isn't. The internet isn't serious business. I don't treat it like that, and it works out pretty well for me.

Yep.....It's this more than anything.
All these message boards are is just another way of having a conversation with someone.
The subject of any and all conversations should be an actual subject instead of just about yourself....then it will probably be a much more pleasant experience for everyone concerned.

Jedi, u are u. Alotta people post like regular guys, which is cool when they are bringing somthin to the table. But your persona ups the ante. As long as you don't directly insult somebody unnecessarily, then there's no problem.
