When will people wise up and realize Singletary has no brains in his head and is unfit to coach any team, much less a professional one? He sucks as a coach and he has no control over his emotions. I am sick of people making every excuse to keep supporting this guy.

I think it is yet another sign that he is really losing his marbles. The fact that he just can't "WILL" his players to consistently execute at a high level must be driving him nuts. I just don't believe he believed he would be able to hold it together well enough to meet Smith with dignity, so he just avoided it altogether.

I would think that a man of his intelligence, maturity, and religous beliefs would be able to handle his emotions a little better, especially when the whole world is watching. I'm guessing THAT ferocity is what made him such a hell of a player.

Same here! The difference between us and him is that were kids at the time. I managed to make the Forsyth County News when I was 16 because of a lack of sportsmanship. Since then, no matter how mad or "ticked" I am I make it a point to congratulate my opponent and be a good sport!

I agree. He can't even control himself, much less a pro football team, he's not a good coach at all IMO.

IMO, just too emotional to be a HC.

A HC needs to know how to maintain composure and not let emotions dictate his actions, that's not what a leader in his position should do.

He also shouldn't be allowed to wear that cross. Goodell should put a stop to that.

F'r admits it in the tone that he didn't learn a thing from it, hasn't grown from it, and will do it again if he feels like it.

I'll move on too.. after saying 'F him'.

It doesn't matter if he apologized. He is constantly having to do that each week. The Niners should fine him.

He chose not to..., if he had just forgot to shake hands I could understand especially after that game but to chose to not shake Smiths hand just screams im a douche sore loser
