Agree.
I still think he can be upgraded, but having him out there is better than not having him.

Finn and weems are not threats out there. Good role players but not guys that can give you 3-4 catches a game like HD or jenks. Defenses will have to be a little more honest.

He isn't solid. He's dropped MANY catchable passes.
However, he is a #2 receiver.
