Coleman Didn't Practice Today: Moore to Step Up? - Sporkdevil - 09-15-2010 04:35 PM

Looks like we may see Willy Mo play on Saturday with Coleman out.

Whether this is good or bad, I'm still not really sure. Excited to see what happens though.

Let's hope he doesn't get injured....Again.

With Derrick Anderson coming up this my be a good week to see what Moore can do. Don't get me wrong add in Hightower, Breaston and of course Fintzgerald and our defense is going to have a handfull but I'd rather he get his first start here than against Bress

Smith said day to day, but we know long day to day can really mean when Smith says it...

If William Moore gets the start, good luck to him. I believe, potentially, that Moore is a better safety than Coleman and can make plays with his hitting ability and his hands.

If Moore can come in and live up to why he was drafted, then we'll be better off in the long run.

I think it'd be good. After seeing Moore make some tackles, I think he could break about half those RB's.

Yeah, biggest problem, obviously, is staying on the field.

Maybe I missed it but why is Coleman not practicing? I know he left the game but he came back in was it the OT play when he dived did that get him hurt again?

Is Chris Wells playing this week?

If Moore starts next week, there will be very few Cardinals wanting to catch a pass over the middle.

Actually, I just assumed he would but I don't know. I thought he was getting beaten out by some of their other backs and is still only getting spot duty. I thought he had a thigh bruise or something, but that was a few weeks ago.

I'd assume they don't want him to make his injury even worse.

Ahhh, rotoworld knows more than me:
Quote:Beanie Wells-RB- Cardinals Sep. 13 - 4:04 pm et

Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt indicated Monday that he expects Beanie Wells (knee) to play in Week 2.
Whisenhunt said Wells is on schedule to practice Wednesday, suggesting he's also on track for a return to game action. Though Tim Hightower was productive from a fantasy standpoint in Week 1, fumbling twice significantly decreased his chances of keeping a feature role. Wells is clearly the superior early-down option, and will be a worthwhile RB2 if he plays at Atlanta.
