1. The Official Falcons board has gone to the dogs. We will NOT be swayed by commercial business decisions.
2. We are here to keep the fans happy. We will NOT implement a change onto this board unless approved by a majority of voting members.
3. We will NOT remove language or any other type of post content that we see would benefit our members (live feeds, etc).
4. We will be moving forward with creating a board that does NOT go down during heavy usage. In the event it gets close we will be investing in more server resources. The most important day for the boards to be online is Sunday. We will NOT tolerate go down under heavy usage and will make necessary changes to HARDWARE only to remedy any future problems.
5. We will be implementing a LIVE CHAT so we can discuss the game among members in REAL-TIME and not have to wait to refresh a thread.
6. Post Counts can be carried over from the Falcons Boards. This means that you would keep your current post count. You aren't a newbie here. (Please allow ample time to update your posts | By Request Only).
7. You are here because you are tired of the "changes" going on with the Official Falcons website. We are embracing a movement that must move forward.
8. We want your input on everything.
9. The admin is a web developer and KNOWS how to implement and develop things that pertain to our members. If you want to see something that would benefit the experience, let us know and we will create a plan and then vote upon those requested changes.
10. Have fun, be yourself, and bash the trolls all you want

Im here. I was really liking Peyton's board but I can udnerstand his decision to collaborate. This place looks good and the plans seem sound.
I really like the sleek design but the visual style is a bit busy and too high contrast. Too many dark buttons, title bars too thick, buttons too big, etc.
Sorry didnt mean to start criticising right off the bat but I really like the minimalist style of Peytons board much better. Any plans to work on the layout?
Also, not sure what you mean by post count migrating over? Are you going to manually enter member post counts from the official boards? If so, my username over there is Red-and-Black. Not sure how I feel about migrating post counts but i dont see anything wrong with it. No strong feelings about it one way or another.

Some people really want it, others don't really care.

Also, points taken on the theme. I will work on setting up two types. One theme this way, the other with the posters information on the left side of the post. Most forums have that setup, but this is a little different.
Oh, and you'll be able to choose which setup you want to use.

Sounds like a plan. Looking forward to having someone who doesnt mind listening to opinions and such regarding their site. Most good designers and Webdevs understand that user feedback is important and try to compromise to make thier style mesh with what makes sense from a user's perspective.
