There has to be coaching changes after this season

wonder if the increased injuries would make them reconsider. Although having worked in a couple of 'union' shops in the past, they're all about reducing the amount of work the worker has to do, and honestly, there were more than one instance as I sat through union meetings I wondered if anyone there gave a damn about the final product, or if the company would survive....

This is Silly. I don't want TD or MS gone.....
- I would like MS to stop going for it on 4th when we don't need a TD and calling Timeouts when we are scorching a defense and driving the field.
- This is a bend don't break Defense, problem is when 2-3 starters are out and you have new guys it takes time to gel. Nolan is a smart guy....he will figure it out.
- Koetter has done a better job than I would have thought. HOWEVER, there are 2 things.....one stay in the no huddle (we drive the field everytime with ease- when we do the slow down we sputter), 2 get creative (this year especially with guys out and O-line struggling. Face it, a long pass is too much time in the pocket, short concise passes and bring the screens back that worked so well last year....2 TE sets, 2 Running backs (when S-jax healthy)
- If the Coordinators leave then so be it, but I wouldn't fire them unless we need to. One injury riddled season is not a reason to completely blow this team up.....screw your heads on straight people. Even if we never win a superbowl, I certainly enjoy Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays so much more when we are winning.....Too many years of the up down roller coaster.

Half time adjustments - Are we just too damn tired in the second half of games? we seem to fall apart after halftime, offense gets super conservative and defense lightens up, 4 quarters of football.....our conditioning and strength guy was fired last year and we promoted the assistant? What.....

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD - RUN UP THE SCORE AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK. I think sometimes we play around so that we stay under the radar.....face it those days are over, now we need to go into beast mode and tear people apart. Start padding Ryan's and the rest of the offenses Fantasy stats....then if we have a couple of slips we are still up by two more scores.....until we go for the kill and push our foot on the throats of our opponents....we may never get our superbowl.

YEs agree with lack of fire. Switch Alford and Trufant.....I am not giving up on Trufant, but the kid needs a reason to play harder....and Alford isn't really a down grade, they are pretty equal.
