I come here first now too. I didn't think that would happen, but I don't have to sift through garbage to find a decent thread over here. And most of it's pretty well laid out by the users, as far as thread titles go. None of that "michle turnr will has a bad games against 3-4 defences" titles. We've got grammar!

I gotta agree. I don't really have a problem with the other board in an active sort of way (i.e. no beef with any individuals) I mainly am read only. I didn't really notice that I stopped visiting as much until I found this board and now I'm back to reading lots more, so I noticed the contrast.

And it really comes down to this - there is more usable, interesting and accessible content here, and the same people I've enjoyed reading and occasionally chatting with over the years are all here. On the other board, I'd have to go many pages deep to get the same amount of content I get here in a page or two. I'm always pretty busy and filtering is low on my list of priorities.

For the heck of it, I decided to check out the main AF page to see what all the complaints were all about. Of course, I visited the site on my iPhone, it's pretty popular, they've sold a few, right?

From what I saw the web guys must really be clueless if this is what everyone else sees. I would be irate if I paid money for someone to design and implement this, it would be much better to even just detect mobile then put up "iPhone not supported", rather than this garbage:



Anyway, mainly wanted to say thanks for creating this board, awesome job!

Its better here because most people here still dont know how to use the +/- Rep system. Rep systems on message boards just dont work usually, esp. when too many trolls come lurking. I think that no-one should be able to dish out - Reps unless that person has at least an equal amount of + Reps for himself.
