It must have been a bad statement - because while I don't agree with joking about any tragedy - I see it all the time in Saints threads - so it would seem a lot of people should have been banned.

Different guy. There were two over there, me and that guy(who rarely posted from what I saw). His name was all lower case if I remember correctly. You should be able to look him up.

it wasnt very nice, but big rob got all super bent out of shape about it, reported it and claimed it was his personal quest to get me banned

If they ever come to "our board" and want to trash the organization, fans, or city... I will GLADLY drop a few Katrina jokes.

We're not on TV, the media doesn't cover us, and what we say on a virtual messageboard doesn't change our daily lives. If someone is dumb enough to get bent out of shape over what is said on a computer I can only be pleased that I was the one who caused it.

This is coming from someone who's had family that lost homes and friends because of Katrina, in Mississippi of course.

Pauli, that is your typical comeback for the Taint fans, is it not? I may be wrong, so apologies if I have you mixed up w/someone else. If I'm right, though, I'm not that surprised. But let me ask you this - did you ever even get a warning to cut it out? You'll always get that here (if I can speak for the moderating team for a minute).

I don't like the Katrina jokes myself, and I hope none of you bring that weak sauce over here. Most Taint fans will give you plenty of ammunition w/out having to resort to that. Don't believe me? Watch the History Channel's "Swamp People" sometime, and get back to me.
