Yep. I'm pissed I just spent $60 on Divisional Champs gear, I'm too embarrassed to wear in public. I have atleast $500 in jerseys, and a couple more grand worth of memorabilia laying around the house, that every time I see it, I need a Prilosec. I wish I had Peyton's talent for detachment.

i wore my falcons hoodie, hat and t shirt to the doctors office yesterday. got a few comments. my response was just simply we were outmatched. the idiot doctor is a philly fan, and said he was hoping to see philly beat ATL in the championship game. I told him i was kind of hoping for that matchup, but clearly expected us to beat them then, and again when we play them next year in the regular season. He didn't even know we would be playing them next year.

sometimes i wonder about someone who claims to be a fan, but knows little about 'their' team, i haven't ordered my divisional champs gear yet, was going to, then got hurt at work. not gonna be able to afford any luxury items just drawing WC, but i plan on continuing my support of the team by purchasing gear and wearing what i can when i can. The loss hurt like heck, but it didn't change my love for my team....

I would never denounce the team, or change my love for it. "Division Champ" was pretty much nullified when we decided not to show up and act like a #1 seed.

Don't ask me why, but I'm watching it. Our offense looks great so far, but I know what's coming.

I know it's painful, but I just want to look at what went wrong a little closer. I was so amped up and drinking liquor the first time so I don't remember too many specifics, which isn't such a bad thing. I've come to terms with it so I'm able to watch it, but I might change my mind in the second half.

If it were a regular season game I would probably watch again for study purposes but since this team will never play another game there's nothing really more for me to learn from it.

sorry to dispute, but 'Division Champ' this year is ours, it's NOT nullified by losing the next game. 13 times this year we were the BETTER team on the field. 4 times we were not. that in no way 'nullifies' the accomplishments we EARNED this season. so because we lost the divisional game, we don't get to have the Banner hanging in the Dome? does that mean we take down the NFC championship banner from 98? the others that are there? nahhhh......it's not nullified, it just means we have more pieces to pick up, more holes to fill, much more work to do. but it in NO way nullifies what we earned through the hard work and effort that it took to win those 13 games.
