RE: You know what would be hilarious?
I have a number of issues with this.
1. Extortion is kind of a tricky issue. Loads of people get paid off all the time. To prove it, I would think they will need Brett Favre in court, which will never happen. 2. Dude. Her body. Is. Out. Of. This. World. 3. She kept it on the low, allegedly. Deadspin reported this like 3-4 months ago, but finally got some of the stuff that was on the phone. Which brings me to: a. Who goes to Deadspin? Someone like TMZ would would give out 6 figures, easy. b. You would have to imagine Favre would easily give up $1 million to make this go away. 4. My god. Just google her. I want to work for the Jets just to meet someone half as hot (minus face in some photos). 5. Seems like sexual harassment, which would bring in the NFL, Jets, and Favre. That's a crazy awesome lawsuit, especially after the Jets had the reporter thing a few months ago. |

I cant imagine Favre being the kind of guy who would send the kinds of voicemails he sent and the pics to a girl that wasnt already intimate with. I can. These athletes get so arrogant. They are so unaccustomed to being turned down, they think nobody is out of their league. I don't think they hooked up because she told the Jets employee that tried to arrange the meeting that "if I get involved with him, I might end up in a garbage can somewhere" and Brett took offense to that in one of his voicemails. |

I've had these conversations with people who say all kinds of negative things about the woman and have never met her but they feel obliged because they wronged their favorite player. There isn't any proof she sold the pictures. According to Deadspin.com: Quote:Everything shown in the above video was acquired from a third party. With that said that is a pretty famous penis. If he didn't want those pictures out there...he shouldn't have sent them. |

Well, if she really wanted it to go away, that would be really easy to do. Release a one sentence statement that says "I'm not talking about this with the NFL or anybody else."

OK...welll......I mean...let's think about this....and just have a teeny bit of common sense. The messages and the pics were sent to her on her cell phone. Nobody gets anything off my cell phone unless I send it to them. She might not have sold it to Deadspin directly...I think she did....maybe through a lawyer.....but she didn't do anything to try and stop the information from being released...since all that would have entailed is not giving it out to people. |

I maintain that Favre and Sterger had a physical affair with each other, and theyre trying to cover it up.
