glad it worked out, hopefully when we are in that situation Smitty will be more aware, love his fire though.

Smitty just messed this one up - and yes, it almost bit us right in the ass. If Falcons would not have scored at the end this thread would be 8 pages long.

Somebody asked Smitty and he referenced how much time was left in the game - but Smitty was just wrong here. When Falcons scored there was 11 minutes left in the game - the chart says you go for 2 and generally the time to look at the chart is the 4th quarter.

I love Mike Smith - but he messed that one up. Oh well.....we survived!

All I know is there a coaches chart that gives suggested times when and when not to go for two, I will trust Smitty this time around.

Really I might have gone for 2 there, but I believe if it was me and I had, then we would have lost the game 20-19.
