Honestly I think we should get Norm Chow, I mean the dude somehow managed to take the 05 and 06 Titans and acctually make them not finish last in offense lol.

I've always hoped that Ralph Friedgen would get sick of being a HC and go back to doing what he does best, putting together brilliant offense.
