However it ends up I dont want to Saints to get the NFC west team in the wild card round. That just seems like an easy route out of the first round.

Am I missing something? Assuming the Saints and Falcons make it, that leaves 4 open spots.

It does, but a team from the NFC West has to go, as well, which knocks it down to 3.

i think it's terribly sad that any of those 7-4 teams are gonna sit out the playoffs and watch on TV because one of those horrible NFCw teams gets in because it wins that division. Yes, i realize i put the 'w' lower case, because if fits.

great job RFlagg for putting the teams and their schedules up for us. (+1) I say Tampa and Green Bay are the ones left out. As much as i'd like to think the iggies will get their asses handed to them a couple more times, i just don't think they'll get knocked out.

I really wish we would get them with Vick and have that true ALL THREE TEAM O/D/ST have the game of their life....I just think they caught us off guard and honestly i think when we saw Vick wasn't going to play, our guys thought it would be a cake walk. They caught us with our pants down....and we played so subpar that game....

Eagles have Dallas twice, with a coach fighting for a job.
Giants fighting for the playoffs
Vikings, with a coach fighting for a job.

there last sure win is tonight, and all those teams have a good enough defense to duplicate what the Giants did to the eagles in their last meeting.

time to sale that Eagle stock.

Bears and Bucs get left out. I did ESPN's Playoff Projector and this it how it worked out.

1. Falcons
2. Packers
3. Eagles
4. Rams
5. Saints
6. Giants

This would make a lot of you happy because we would avoid Philly until the NFC Championship.
