RE: Whats your prediction for this week?
I just don't really have any idea this week. If Roddy isn't playing, I don't like the Falcons chances....at all.

Here's how we get 33 points, 3td (Ryan, Turner, and Weems) =21, 4FG = 12, 21+12= 33.

Weems been consistently getting us some good returns, its only matter of time before he breaks one. i think it this week.

LOL i was counting 4 field goals as 16 points (4x4 instead of 3x4) Blush

RE: Whats your prediction for this week?
Ya'll are predicting some awfully high scores against this Ravens D. I don't see how they've fallen off much this year. I would think this game is going to be more of a Defensive battle for both teams. I don't like our chances w/out Roddy either, but I really REALLY hate Spoon being out. We have a dang good Defense this year, but they - and STS - are going to have to step it up for us to stay in this game, IMO.

I'm predicting more of a trench warfare, low scoring battle. More like 17-13 Falcons. I hope, I hope, I hope! Smile

RE: Whats your prediction for this week?
alright, I know before I post this I'm going to get skewered by the members who have never predicted a Falcons loss yet. Here is how I see it:

1) Great Defenses take things away - The Ravens will look at Falcons offense in film study and will decide to commit scheme and resources to taking Michael Turner away - much like the Steelers did. Ravens succeed - Michael Turner 20 carries, 60yds, 0 TDs
2) Falcons will stubbornly run Turner hoping to "wear down" Ravens - it does not happen
3) Ravens run screen pass after screen pass to Ray Rice and they go for big chunk after big chunk
4) Ravens build a 17-6 lead midway through 3rd quarter
5) Falcons finally start throwing the ball and have to throw a lot - Falcons offense is now one dimensional
6) Ravens start blitzing Falcons from every angle
7) Sam Baker has tire tracks on his back he is getting burned so much - Ryan is taking a beating
8) Matt starts putting the ball up aggressively and gets picked by Ed Reed for an INT return for TD
9) Falcons score late TD in the end but its too late

Ravens 24, Falcons 13

I pray to God that I am wrong but this is how I see it.......This will not be a fair comparison between Flacco and Ryan even though Flacco will have the better day. The difference in this game is the Ravens defense....

Anyway, that is how I see it. like i said - "HOPE I'M WRONG!!!"

If Roddy isn't healthy, I can easily see his scenario unfolding.

RE: Whats your prediction for this week?
i'm impressed with OP's prediction of TonyG 4 catches for 75 yards, you realize that's over 18+ per catch, right?

I really don't have a bad feeling about this game. go check the Bills game against them. the FREAKING BILLS put up 34 points, 514 total yards and held the ball for 38 minutes against the team we play Thursday. freakin Ryan Fitzpatrick had 382 yards, 4 tds and threw 2 INT.

ok so Ed Reed is back, big damn deal! they had 8 different recievers catch the ball.

I'm just saying you people don't think we can do what the Bills did???

Chew on THAT, Petunia!
